An ordinance regulating the sale, possession or discharge of fireworks, providing for exceptions, providing for public displays, establishing ordinance applicable to wholesale dealers, prohibiting manufacturing, establishing fireworks sales, applications, guidelines; and restrictions, establishing regulations for annual exception June 24th through July 5th, and providing for penalties, enforcement and severability.
